Vintage provides its services to you subject to the following conditions.

OF SALE
By placing an order you are
offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and
conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the
order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees
or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and
subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which
we will not be responsible. Please click here to see our Delivery and Returns section

01.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you
will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This
email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of
your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation
by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only
those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will
be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that
all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate,
errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you
have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the
option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we
are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel
your order in writing within 14 days of submitting your order, and you have
already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund..

Payment
We must receive payments in full
before items are dispatched. Payments over £150 are not
eligible for payments via Paypal.

Discount Codes Account Discount Codes
Discount codes may from time to
time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases
made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and
registered. Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer
promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain
specified, purchases made though this Website.

Condition of Items
It is accepted that garments
offered are vintage items and as such have been worn and are not new unless
stated. So remember to celebrate the charm etched on every beautiful piece. The
sartorial secrets of the past can sometimes be hidden in the patina of well
worn leather or a faded cuff. Most pieces you purchase here are in great
condition and still have a long life ahead. Almost all the faded sparkles will
still shine. Though we provide you with accurate information about the
condition of our clothing, we ask you to remember that these one of a kind
garments have stood the test of time, but sometimes have the scars to prove it!
07.
Cancellation or Amendment of Orders
Because we run a fully automated
order picking, packing and dispatch system with out external warehouse, we
cannot make any amendments or cancel orders once they have been submitted, as
they are already on their way to you. However you can still return items within
14 days if you are unhappy with them once they arrive.
If you want to cancel your contract with us,
please contact our Customer Care team via email at hello@whitehorsevintage.co.uk quoting
your order number and we will be happy to help you. In this case we will issue
you with a full refund. Please note you will need to return the entire order at
your cost once you receive them. In all cases, the goods must be in their
original packaging and unopened. All goods are inspected on their return.
RETURNS
We really hope that you are
thrilled with your purchases from WhiteHorse Vintage. Should you wish to return
any of the goods that you have purchased from us, there are a few important
steps that we need you to follow. Our full Returns policy can be found in our
section on Returns. We abide by all Distance Selling
Regulations and our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
Online purchases can be returned
in any of our stores up to a maximum of 6 items.
GIFT
VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be purchased
online and instore. Sales of our gift vouchers are final and are not
refundable. Upon purchase of online gift vouchers, the vouchers will be
printable from the email confirmation that is sent to you or to the person that
you have purchased this for. Gift vouchers are indefinite and have no
expiration date. Online E-Gift Cards are redeemable online but may
be switched for in-store use. We can only make this switch once. Store issued
gift vouchers may be switched for use online at our strict discretion. Gift
voucher purchases are completed on a separate secure site and are a separate
transaction compared to purchasing all other goods at beyondretro.com. If you
paid partly by gift voucher, the gift voucher will be credited first, with any
remaining balance being credited to the other method of payment used. Any
damage to or replacement of the gift vouchers needs to be communicated to WhiteHorse
Vintage from the original purchaser of the card.

Invalidity

liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service
will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So
far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can
be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted
accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and
interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the

procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise,

If you breach these conditions
and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are
to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any
dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or
claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service
constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all
preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and WhiteHorse Vintage.
Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if
in writing and signed by a Director of WhiteHorse Vintage.
Voucher
Codes
Voucher Codes are only
redeemable for online orders placed at whitehorsevintage.co.uk
Voucher Codes and are
exclusively for online use only.
Voucher Codes can only be used
once.
Voucher Codes cannot be
exchanged or refunded for a monetary value. Once redeemed, cannot be applied to
a new order.
If you decide to return an order
that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will
be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code. This means that if the
items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the
discount code then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For
example, a £10 discount (with a minimum threshold spend of £60 – excluding the
delivery charge) will be removed if the returned product(s) brings the total
order value below £60.
If you did not enter your
discount code at the checkout, we cannot apply it to that order or amend your
payment once the order has been placed.
Quoted sale prices are
applicable to selected lines only. WhiteHorse Vintage reserves the right to
withdraw sale prices at any time. Prices are only valid at the time of sale, if
an item returns to full price at the end of an offer, the sale price is no
longer valid and the item is back to full price.
